Useful information:   -  THE WEATHER IN VALENCIA

This beautiful city known as the City of Light and Colour, honours this nickname with the light irradiated by the more than 2500 hours of sunlight which illuminate it , with an average of 300 sunny days every year. So, Valencia offers its people an ideal mild weather, one of the warmest in Europe, called Mediterranean weather. It's this weather that somehow shapes people's character and personality, perfectly adapted to these temperatures which fluctuate over an average of 20'8oC in summer and 9oC in a not too hard and rather humid winter.

From November to March, the average can be around 13 degrees C and though it's not easy to see rain in this zone of the coast, rains (never too heavy) fall usually in autumn.

The coastal zone in Valencia is also characterized by a high humidity, which is noticeable above all in summer. In the rocky mountain zones of the interior, winters are a little colder and in summer it's usual to find hot west-winds. An attractive combination for an undoubtedly mild weather, appealing for everyone who wishes to visit the most tourist mediterranean area, whose agriculture (based on rice and citrus fruits) has always been a good reason for any visitor to come.
